## Free Worldwide Shipping

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders to anywhere in the world. No minimum order required.

## Shipping Times

United States: 3-7 business days
Canada: 5-10 business days
Europe: 7-14 business days
Australia: 7-14 business days
Other Countries: 10-21 business days

Note: These are estimates and may vary based on customs clearance and local conditions.

## Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of purchase. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

## Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with:
- Tracking number
- Carrier information
- Estimated delivery date
- Link to track your package

## Customs and Duties

For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes. These fees are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in the shipping cost.

## Delivery Issues

### Package Not Received

If your package doesn't arrive within the estimated timeframe:
1. Check your tracking status first
2. Contact the carrier if the package shows as lost
3. Email us at support@kaizencookware.com with your order number and tracking details
4. We'll work with you to resolve the issue

### Damaged in Transit

If your package arrives damaged:
1. Contact us immediately with photos of the damage
2. Do not discard the packaging
3. We'll send a replacement at no charge
4. No return shipping necessary for damaged items

## Address Changes

Once an order has been placed, we cannot change the shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you need to update your address before the order ships.

## Return Shipping

For our 100-Day Trial returns, we provide a prepaid return label. See our Return and Refund Policy for more details.

## Signature Requirements
